XF + Waterless Racing Coolant
Zip-Ty Racing Products introduces a new generation coolant XF+, the first of its kind Waterless Race Coolant. It is race proven and guaranteed to stop overheating and boil over in your racing 2-stroke and 4-stroke. And since it is waterless, not only does it out perform traditional coolants, but it is a "Lifetime" coolant which never needs seasonal changing. Besides superior boil over protection (-40°F to +375°F), XF+ operates at safer pressures which causes less stress on engine components, increasing their life and reliability. It prevents oxidation and erosion of the jacket metal, electrolysis and resulting contamination and fluid destruction. XF+ prevents cavitation and vapor hot spots that create non-uniform metal expansion rates resulting in seizure. XF+ also has reduced toxicity for the environment and your family’s safety.
Available in a ½ U.S. gallon size (64oz). You don’t need big, expensive, aftermarket radiators; you need XF+ Waterless Race Coolant. XF+ will keep your Motorcycle, Quad or Race Truck from boiling over or your money back!
Note: XF+ is completely water compatible if an emergency increase fill is needed. XF+ works great in all types of internal combustion engines. Shipments are available in the US only.

I've never seen temps over 220 F with this product, and those temps are in So Cal with temp 97 degrees, stop and go traffic, waiting at lights. I don't have anything to measure this product against, since I put it in the Husky TE511 as soon as I bought the bike. Just based my purchase off what the website stated and what they guys at Cafe Husky said about the product. Seems like an excellent product so far.

Thanks for sending me a replacement full jug of coolant. I noticed right off the new replacement jug was sealed and shipped in a sealed plastic bag as well. The first jug you sent had been opened, appeared to be partially used, as it was only about 30 percent full. Theres no way that 2/3rds of the contents of this jug leaked out and didn't completely soak everything. The cap had been taped up with about 4 pieces of tape. The box was lightly dampened the packing was only slightly wet and the shipping label in the plastic envelope was sopping ass wet. I couldn't even get it peeled apart or unfolded after using a razor to open the shipping label envelope. A new Full jug was shipped immediately but there was "No damage whatsoever to the Box"? I Haven't put into the bike yet, I hope its enough or will have to order some more to top it off. I hope it works good. It is what it is.

Great product, you never have to worry about losing coolant, But be aware of engine temperature because you will still over heat

After 10+ years of gnarly stuff? I've found the XF+ works better than anything. I've tried it all, too. The key is to follow the directions, remove all the water from your system and you will not have any issues with blown hoses, steam pockets/flash-over, excess pressure and constant fluid loss. It's not magic. It simply works by design. It's literally as good as it gets. And, it's one less thing to worry about while smoking the clutch and paddling up rocky mountains all day long while 50 miles from the paddock.

After taking delivery in 2008 a new Honda 450X, it began boiling over on any tight trail ride. I switched to the Zip Ty product, and it has not overheated once in 5 + years.

Talked to zipty racing about waterless coolant, one of the mechanics that works on the bikes says that the most important thing is to get all of the old coolant out. Because it's waterless it has a higher boil over and they claim on their race bikes that's all they do, no fancy radiators or pumps just a coolant change. says they ride in some really tough conditions. spoke highly of it. I ordered a 1/2 gallon. We'll it works. Never over boiled again.

My KTM runs happier with XF+ coolant. Operating pressures are only a couple of pounds now instead of 26. My radiator hoses stay sealed, no leaks and will last a lot longer.

Stuff is magic for technical riding under high engine load conditions. Sure the engine gets hot but I never lose coolant.
